 Welcome Home!  We are so happy that you have decided to make La Borgata your new home.  For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application. To start the application process just follow these 3 easy steps:
  1. Fill out the application
  2. Bring in or fax your application with a location selected for your new home.
  3. Bring in your application fee of $50 per person or $65 if your married along with you Nonrefundable administration fee of $150.  If you are applying from out of state please send original application and fees through over night delivery along with a copy of your drivers liscenes and income verification.  
Once the application and fees have been recieved we will be able to start you approval process.  Its easy 1...2...3!
